An update for our patients on the evolving Covid-19 situation in Alberta:

Effective immediately, the Alberta Dental Association (ADA) has instituted a mandatory suspension of all non-emergency dental treatment and services to help control the spread of the virus in Alberta.

Although our clinical hours will be reduced, we will continue to be available to our patients to handle emergencies such as trauma, toothaches, and infection. Please be assured we are here if you need us.

If you have a condition you feel warrants an appointment, please call the Dentrix office at (403) 289-9908.

We are checking messages daily and will follow up to schedule your visit. Additionally, there will be a number to call to reach the Doctors if you feel you cannot wait till the following day. Alberta Health Services (AHS) and the ADA have recommended pre-screening all patients before they come to the office. Therefore, we ask that you call to schedule an appointment rather than come to the office on a walk-in basis.

We thank you again for your understanding during this difficult time. The health of our patients and staff is our number 1 priority, and we are taking all precautions to minimize risk and exposure to COVID-19.

If you have symptoms such as fever, cough and difficulty breathing or have been exposed to someone who has confirmed COVID-19, please call Health Link at 811. AHS is asking the public to not go to a physician's office, healthcare facility or lab if you have symptoms without first consulting with Health Link. The online self-assessment tool can be accessed at to help determine whether you should be tested or call 811.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office. We will continue to update as the situation evolves and as we receive further direction from the Alberta Dental Association.
